The TVLC Trifecta Kondos™ is a three‑room digital residency designed to give your brand a clean, structured home inside the building. Your Kondo includes three custom rooms, 1 Channel or Mini Web Profile Page, Community Center access, and your official Kondo Resident Certificate™. The Setup Fee of $397 begins your design. After approval, the Move‑In Balance of $494 (First + Last Month) will be due before your residency starts. Monthly fee of $247.
